Huehuetenango Highlands

Altitude: 4,200-6000 feet above sea level

One of the best regions for coffee production, Huehuetenango rests proudly at the foot of the Cuchumatanes Mountains, the highest, non-volcanic mountain range in Central America. Here, currents of hot air from the isthmus of Tehuatepec meet the cool air from the mountains, creating a warm climate where coffee beans can be cultivated at altitudes up to 1,900 meters. With a fine floral aroma, caramel sweetness, and notes of almond and milk chocolate, this coffee has a long, lingering finish. 
 

Antigua Guatemala 

Altitude: 4,600-5,600 feet above sea level

Antigua Guatemala, or ‘La Antigua,’ is nestled in the valley between three volcanoes. The region’s nutrient-rich, volcanic soil enriches the beans and gives the coffee its distinctive flavor. With a full body, slight sweetness, and a lingering fragrance, this richly complex and well-balanced coffee will delight the senses.

Amanecer - Morning Blend 

Amanecer (Sunrise in Spanish) or Morning Blend features a full body and flavour of  Huehuetenango’s Dark Roast, and the perkiness and intense caffeine kick from Antigua’s Light Roast. This blend provides a unique and refreshing coffee experince for any coffee lover, without neglecting the need to wake up every morning!

Mayan Decaf - Water process decaffeination 

This is a chemical free process that removes over 99% of the caffeine content from coffee beans. We then proceed to carefully roast every batch bringing out the best in every bean.This allows you to enjoy a nice cup of coffee without the effects of caffeine.
